About
My name is Faith Perrin.
Faith Perrin is an integrative wellness practitioner with a background in mental health and trauma-informed care, working at the intersection of nervous system regulation, leadership, and expressive styling.
With over six years of experience, Faith bridges psychological depth with embodied practice - translating complex emotional and relational dynamics into grounded frameworks that cultivate clarity, coherence, and sustainable transformation.
Faith's approach is deeply relational. Whether working 1:1 through Heart Path Guidance and energetic and somatic fashion styling, or holding space for women in intimate group settings, her work returns to the same central question:
What shifts externally when we become internally coherent?
Her relationship with clothing began long before it became part of her professional work. From a young age, Faith experienced clothing as a language of self-expression when words felt difficult to access.
During challenging periods of her life, clothing became a quiet ally — a way of connecting with confidence when she felt small, strength when she felt afraid, and creativity when parts of herself felt distant or hidden.
Through this relationship, she recognized that clothing carries emotional and energetic significance. What we wear can influence how safe we feel in our bodies, how we move through the world, and which parts of ourselves we allow to be seen.
This awareness now informs her work in somatic fashion and identity expression — helping others explore clothing not simply as style, but as a pathway back to parts of themselves waiting to be reclaimed.
Faith’s background spans mental health counseling, meditation facilitation, and fashion design rooted in sustainable up-cycling. These experiences shape her work guiding individuals and founders into deeper alignment between inner truth and outward expression.
This multidimensional lens allows her to support both personal evolution and organizational refinement — helping founders and teams align lived values with visible presence.
Her work is the foundation of MAHA Studio.
MAHA Studio was created from a deeper question:
what is actually true for me?
Through years of personal healing — untangling what was shaped by pain, conditioning, and inherited beliefs — Faith came into contact with a different kind of clarity.
A truth that wasn’t constructed, but revealed.
This work is an extension of that process — supporting others in returning to their own coherence, and building lives, expression, and leadership from that place.
In Buddhist teachings, mahā is Sanskrit for great, vast, and expansive.
The word reflects a central belief in Faith’s work: growth is not about becoming someone else, but expanding into a fuller expression of what is already true - a process of remembrance.
Known for her calm authority, clear perception, and grounded presence, Faith creates spaces where people feel safe to explore complex emotional landscapes with honesty and acceptance.
She is particularly drawn to those seeking depth over trend, integrity over image, and resonance over noise.
Through MAHA Studio, her work invites a return to what has always been true — coherence within the self, the heart, and the fullest expression of who we already are.
